Returning your goods to Rideon


Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact us within working 7 days of receiving your goods. You will then be kindly requested to send it to us unused and in its original packaging in a resalable condition, accompanied by our returns form. If we have sent out an item to you incorrectly, we will happily refund your postage costs.


Please inspect your goods for damage or defects upon receipt. If you find any goods to be defective or damaged, please contact us straight away. You will then need to return the goods to us accompanied by our returns form and we will then repair, replace, or exchange the goods at your option or refund the price paid by you.


Please Note:

We are unable to accept goods back that have been fitted to your bike or that are showing any signs of use. Also we cannot accept items back that have been custom built to your requirements i.e. Wheels.

All items that we sell are covered by their full manufacturers warranties. If you have any problems with an item please call us during shop hours to discuss the problem over the telephone, or send an email to the address above. If you do need to return the item, please complete our returns form and send the item back to us. Some items may need to be sent away to the manufacturer for inspection or repair. If this is the case we will keep you fully informed of any action taken and any expected waiting times.
