Craig (Ride-On owner)

Favourite Job: Giving Technical Advice

Experience: Coming from a motorbike mad family Craig has had a lifetime involvement with anything two wheeled. Progressing from motorbikes to cyclotrials to BMX, then to mountainbikes, he was riding pedal bikes offroad before the Americans claimed to have ‘invented’ mountain biking. As a keen rider he saw the need for a better and higher level of service and expertise. Craig saw the way mountain bikes were evolving and with many years of servicing his own motorbike suspension and hydraulic disc brakes, he is now the person the ‘experts’ contact for technical advice. Each month Craig answers reader’s questions in the MBR Magazine workshop column.

Interests: Motorbike trials, motocross, mountain biking once a year, family.

Rides: Honda CRF250, Montesa 4RT, too many mountain bikes to list!

 

Andy

 

Age: 42

Role: Head Mechanic

Favourite Job: Custom Bike Builds

Experience: Starting a lifetime interest in motorbikes, Andy became a motorbike mechanic at the age of 15 and worked as an engineer for 15 years before joining the team at Ride-On. If Andy can’t fix it, it can’t be fixed!

Interests: Mountain biking, motorbike trials, boarding.

Rides: Giant Trance , STP, Cove handjob, , FCR, Gasgas 280, Honda 600 Hornet.

 

Anthony (Big Ant)

 

Age: 36

Role: Sales and Stock Controller

Favourite Job: Giving friendly advice

Experience: A lifetime of riding and repairing motorbikes has given Ant a range of skills that are invaluable to us. Apart from being a really nice guy, he also raced downhill during the 1990’s and helped build and support local DH events. Ant is also an accomplished mechanic with 4 years experience working in both Ride-On and out in Les Gets, France.

Interests: XC riding, Moto gp, course fishing, family.

Rides: Giant Trance, Fonderest, MZ Supermoto.

Age: 18

Role: Trainee Mechanic

Favourite Job: Making brews, Being cheeky

Experience: 2 years part time at ride-on

Interests: Girls, riding his Jump bike Moto gp and motor bikes.
